During soft-launch if you have an established VIP code and it isn't automatically applied to an eligible order message us and we'll investigate or refund you the appropriate amount.  Your patience is appreciated while we implement.   We hope to have fixed everything by 9/15/2023 for a perfectly seamless experience.
